2010 Professional fees are as follows

> Student Membership = $100.00 (for length of program)

> Initial Application Fee = $100.00
(Waived for students that apply in the same year their program is completed)

> Active Member (Full License) = $200.00 for SAMRT license
and $195.00 for CAMRT membership which includes PLI  total = $395.00

> Non Practicing Member (SAMRT+CAMRT) = $265.00

> Non Practicing Member (SAMRT) = $200.00  (no PLI)

> Associate Member  = $130.00

> Temporary License for 4 months = $150.00

All late payments are required to be paid by money order or certified cheque.

Reminder: NSF cheques will be charged back a $20.00 fee.

After February 1, 2010 any member not paid in full will be removed from the membership list. The cost to be reinstated will include a $100 SAMRT application fee plus a $50.00 CAMRT reinstatement fee along with the necessary SAMRT and CAMRT membership fees.
